- Ingredients:
500 g chicken
250 ml plain yoghurt
1 teaspoon each of Kit 4 Curry Recipe Pack 1, 2, 3 and 4 (add more heat with an extra teaspoon of #4)
Salt and pepper
25 ml oil
2 onions finely chopped
3 tomatoes diced (or a can of chopped tomatoes)
1 green chilli chopped
2 green peppers sliced or diced
handful of fresh, chopped coriander

- Cooking Method:
- In a mixing bowl add chicken, yoghurt, 1 teaspoon each of Kit 4 Curry Recipe Pack 1, 2, 3 and 4 (add more heat with an extra teaspoon of #4).
- Mix well and refrigerate for 20 minutes.
- Heat oil in pot, add onions, tomatoes and fry till soft. Stir regularly.
- Add chicken mixture, green chillies, green peppers and cook till sauce thickens.
- Reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes.
- Add fresh coriander.
- Best served with basmati rice and/or naan.
- Salt and pepper to taste.
