Chicken Jalfrezi

500 g chicken
250 ml plain yoghurt
1 teaspoon each of Kit 4 Curry Recipe Pack 1, 2, 3 and 4 (add more heat with an extra teaspoon of #4)
Salt and pepper
25 ml oil
2 onions finely chopped
3 tomatoes diced (or a can of chopped tomatoes)
1 green chilli chopped
2 green peppers sliced or diced
handful of fresh, chopped coriander
  1. In a mixing bowl add chicken, yoghurt, 1 teaspoon each of Kit 4 Curry Recipe Pack 1, 2, 3 and 4 (add more heat with an extra teaspoon of #4).
  2. Mix well and refrigerate for 20 minutes.
  3. Heat oil in pot, add onions, tomatoes and fry till soft. Stir regularly.
  4. Add chicken mixture, green chillies, green peppers and cook till sauce thickens.
  5. Reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes.
  6. Add fresh coriander.
  7. Best served with basmati rice and/or naan.
  8. Salt and pepper to taste.
