Creamy Seafood

3 tablespoons butter
2 garlic cloves crushed (or 1 teaspoon garlic paste)
1 teaspoon ginger, freshly grated (or ginger paste)
salt and pepper
250 ml (1 cup) fresh cream
250 ml (1 cup) milk
25 ml lemon juice
1 grated tomato
1 teaspoon each of Kit 4 Curry Recipe Pack 1, 2, 3 and 4 (add more heat with an extra teaspoon of #4)
800 g seafood mix (defrosted)
Fresh dill chopped
1 lemon cut into quarters
  1. Heat butter in a deep pan.
  2. Add garlic, ginger, and fry for 1 minute.
  3. Add fresh cream, milk, lemon juice, grated tomato and cook for 10 min.
  4. Add 1 teaspoon each of Kit 4 Curry Recipe Pack 1, 2, 3 and 4 (add more heat with an extra teaspoon of #4) and the seafood mix and stir – cooking for a further 5-10 min.
  5. Add dill, stir through.
  6. Ready to serve with lemon wedges and extra salt.
  7. Salt and pepper to taste.
