- Ingredients:
500 g lean mince
1 teaspoon each of Kit 4 Curry Recipe Pack 1, 2, 3 and 4 (add more heat with an extra teaspoon of #4)
3 onions grated
Fresh coriander
1 egg
Salt and pepper
30 ml oil
3 tomatoes grated (or 1 can diced tomatoes)
250 ml plain yoghurt or Fresh cream
1 cup beef stock
2 tablespoon garlic paste
1 teaspoon each of Kit 4 Curry Recipe Pack 1, 2, 3 and 4 (add more heat with an extra teaspoon of #4)

30 ml oil
3 tomatoes grated (or 1 can diced tomatoes)
250 ml plain yoghurt or Fresh cream
1 cup beef stock
2 tablespoon garlic paste
- Cooking Method:
- In a mixing bowl add mince, 1 teaspoon each of Kit 4 Curry Recipe Pack 1, 2, 3 and 4 (add more heat with an extra teaspoon of #4), add half of onions, handful of chopped coriander, and the egg.
- Knead together until well incorporated.
- Take small amounts of mince mixture into palm of your hands and roll into small balls ±20 piece (depending on how big or small you’d prefer.
- Add oil to a pot and heat, add remaining onions, tomatoes, yoghurt or cream and fry for 5 minutes.
- Add water/stock and boil for 5 minutes.
- Add meatballs to pot, reduce heat and cook for 20 minutes. Do not stir.
- Garnish with fresh coriander.
- Best served with rice and sambals.
- Salt and pepper to taste.
