- Ingredients:
20 ml oil
500 g meat of choice (beef, chicken, or lamb)
3 bay leaves
1 stick cinnamon
3 cloves
1 diced onion
2 tablespoon Ginger & Garlic (or fresh Ginger and Garlic cloves)
1 teaspoon each of Kit 4 Curry Recipe Pack 1, 2, 3 and 4 (Add more heat with an extra teaspoon of #4)
1 cup milk
1 teaspoon of ground nutmeg
Salt and pepper
250 ml plain yoghurt
Fresh Coriander
2 diced tomatoes (or a can of tomatoes)

- Cooking Method:
- Heat oil in a large pan and brown the lamb in batches. Set aside.
- In the same pan, fry the bay leaves, cinnamon, cloves and onion until the onion is soft and translucent. Add the garlic and ginger and fry for a further 2 mins. Add 1 teaspoon each of Kit 4 Curry Recipe Pack 1, 2, 3 and 4 (add more heat with an extra teaspoon of #4) and fry for another 3 mins.
- Now add the cup of milk, nutmeg and stir.
- Add yoghurt and cook till oil separates from gravy.
- Reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes.
- Best served with fresh coriander and rice of your choice.
- Salt and pepper to taste.
